Terms and Conditions

You can expect to receive your Naked Raku item within 7 days of purchase, although with the current COVID difficulties delivery may take longer. 

However once your piece is posted you will receive an email with your delivery time estimate and a tracking number with which you will be able to track the items progress.
P & P will depend on your location in the UK and will be added at checkout.

Returns

Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may send the piece back within two weeks of receiving it, and I will offer a refund upon safe return of the work.

Please use the original packaging to return the item.

In this instance postage costs are covered by the purchaser and I would ask you to contact us before returning any pieces. Of course I hope that won’t happen and you are delighted with your Naked Raku item.

Packaging

I take great care with packaging of delicate ceramics but if your piece is damaged please contact me within 48 hours.

I try to use recycled packaging as far as possible for the extra padding required to protect fragile ceramic items.

Payment

All payments are made through PayPal and can be made using all major credit and debit cards.

Once your order is completed you will receive an email notification.
